At the Bee-lieve Foundation, we are passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. As the founder, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful small, consistent acts of care can be in helping our young people thrive emotionally, physically and socially. That’s why I’m incredibly proud to introduce Buzz with Bee-lieve Week – a special initiative created in partnership with our amazing friends at Teach Active and Primary Quiz.

The week is built around the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’; we hope to give the children (and adults) a gentle reminder of some of the simple things we can do each day to cleanse our mind of the stresses of life and look after our emotions. Time each day for self-care is crucial to long-term happiness and mental wellbeing. Please join in and watch the smiles and happiness spread across your school.
